Magical Miniatures

If you love all things magical and miniature you are in the right place.

About me and my blog

I am a mother of three and work on a market stall. In my free time I love to make magical miniatures. It all started with my gran who spent hours when I was a child teaching me how to make do. This entailed mending and fixing and making things from scratch. My dolls house consisted of cardboard boxes with windows cut out, beautifully decorated and all furniture hand made. We sat for hours making clothes and accessories for my dolls to the envy of my friends that all had the same generic stuff. So thanks gran for the inspiration. I hope you enjoy my art and my blog. Thanks for visiting.

Magical christmas

This is the start of something different for Christmas.  I've created a dragon, elf santa and a sleigh full of the magic of Christmas, all from fimo. I've yet to create the snowy roof they just landed on! I'll keep you updated as it progresses.

Bits and bats

Today I have made a table with a crystal ball, candlestick, decanter with glasses and some books. I               intend to situate them in a shop I am working on. Ill keep you posted as it progresses.

I have decided to add a border to my table and I think it finishes it off a little better.
I have also made another 8 books to create 2 stacks.

Witches curio bowl

This is another half done piece  that I want to share. Ill keep you posted as it progresses. I hope you like the idea. This  is a full sized piece.

I decided not to use the two bottles as they were too big for the look I wanted. Instead I made three smaller bottles. This is how it turned out.
