Magical Miniatures

If you love all things magical and miniature you are in the right place.

About me and my blog

I am a mother of three and work on a market stall. In my free time I love to make magical miniatures. It all started with my gran who spent hours when I was a child teaching me how to make do. This entailed mending and fixing and making things from scratch. My dolls house consisted of cardboard boxes with windows cut out, beautifully decorated and all furniture hand made. We sat for hours making clothes and accessories for my dolls to the envy of my friends that all had the same generic stuff. So thanks gran for the inspiration. I hope you enjoy my art and my blog. Thanks for visiting.

Spell book and unicorn horn wand

I have made a spell book and unicorn horn wand from fimo. I have made them for my five pound or under Etsy range. Hope you like them.

  1. Is Fimo a type of clay? I love working with clay. your spell book and wand are so much fun. Recently I made a mini book from a dollhouse tutorial I saw but it was out of paper, I would have prefered clay. I will have to give this a try.

    Wonderful share

  2. Hi Caroline. Yes Fimo is a sort of clay that you cook. It's a trade name I think as polimer clay is the same thing. It's already colored too. I like to make books from card and paper also. Thanks for your kind comment. x
